Job Requirements:
- A recognised Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education from an approved institution with a Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (Leadership) or its equivalent
- At least 10 years relevant working experience in the EC sector with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing a 200-500 children capacity cluster
- Possess High EQ, matured and exemplary leadership
- Exceptional interpersonal & management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communicational skills in English and Mandarin

Steeped in knowledge on the latest developments in pedagogy, the Deputy Centre Leader provides leadership in designing and implementing a holistic curriculum and drives the development of teaching and learning practices at the centre.
Working with the Centre Leaders, he/she develops partnerships with stakeholders, and leads the teachers in implementing partnerships with stakeholders. The Deputy Centre Leader also mentors the Senior Preschool Teachers within the centre and oversees the development of professional competence of the teachers.
In the absence of the Centre Leaders, the Deputy Centre Leader steps up to oversee the management of Centre operations.

Learning Support Educators are to ensure children with mild learning difficulties achieve maximum proficiency in literacy and numeracy before leaving the pre-school setting for either mainstream primary school or a SPEd school. Learning Support Educators focus on the provision of supplementary teaching to children who require additional help. They work with children in groups or one-to-one, either in the classroom or through the scheduled Learning support packages (Literacy, Language, Fine Motor & Social Skill Group) for the children identified, in-class support for children in the DS Programme and plan for progressive strategies for children enrolled in EIPIC.
The Learning Support Educator also follow through with identifying the developmental needs of the child during screening by conducting both standardised (e.g. for general development and literacy) and non-standardised assessments (e.g. observations and child’s work samples). LSEds also collaborate with key stakeholders to support and equip parents and teachers with the strategies to help and empower them and the children under their care.
Job Requirements:
- For Pre-School Educators with at least 3 years teaching experience
- Specialist Diploma in Early Childhood Learning Support (SDELS) / Special Needs or its equivalent
- Alternatively, interest to undergo Specialist Diploma in Learning Support (SDELS) or part thereof i.e. Practicum
- Prior experience in an early intervention centre and/or have taken a leadership role in a limited capacity managing a class with learning/developmental needs
- Knowledge in Special Needs and a willingness to acquire knowledge of early intervention through inquiry based learning culture
